By purchasing, you certify that you are at least 18 years old, legally permitted and qualified to handle the materials ordered, and will comply with all applicable laws and safety requirements. Products may not be used, distributed, or resold for human or veterinary use.

Testing documentation is not provided for every product or lot, and no product is represented as suitable for any particular application.

Orders and Payment

Stoneheart Peptides may accept, refuse, limit, or cancel an order when purchaser information, payment activity, availability, or intended use raises concerns. Orders are not considered accepted until payment has cleared and the order has been confirmed.

Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping, returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by the policies posted on this website. Stoneheart Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, weather, or circumstances outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Final Sale and Order Issues Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of the products sold, Stoneheart Peptides does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering errors, or unwanted products.

Customers must report damaged, missing, or incorrect items through the Contact page within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label when requested. Verified order issues will be resolved through replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Orders may be canceled before shipment but cannot ordinarily be canceled after they have been transferred to the carrier. If Stoneheart Peptides cannot ship within the stated time-frame, the customer will be notified and offered cancellation and a refund when required.

Assumption of Responsibility

The buyer assumes responsibility for lawful receipt, storage, handling, documentation, and use of all products. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stoneheart Group LLC disclaims implied warranties and liability arising from improper, unauthorized, or unlawful use.
