Description
BPC-157 10mg, TB-500 10mg, KPV 10mg, GHK-Cu 50mg (KLOW Blend)
BPC-157 + TB-500 + KPV + GHK-Cu (80mg Glow Blend) – Research-Grade Multi-Peptide Formula
The Klow Blend is a four-peptide research combination consisting of BPC-157, TB-500, KPV, and GHK-CU. This multi-pathway formulation integrates peptides that have individually been documented in peer-reviewed literature, including GHK-Cu studies indexed under PubChem CID: 5311056 and PMID: 17114640, highlighting its role in copper-dependent enzymatic and tissue-regeneration signaling mechanisms.
The blend is intended for controlled laboratory studies examining cellular repair
processes, fibroblast regulation, cytoskeletal dynamics, peptide–copper interactions,
and extracellular matrix modulation.
BPC-157 is widely used in vitro for angiogenic and cytoprotective mechanistic research.
TB-500, a synthetic analog of thymosin beta-4, is employed to study actin-binding
protein interactions, cellular migration, and cytoskeletal organization. GHK-Cu, a
naturally occurring tripeptide copper complex, is used in biochemical assays exploring
copper-mediated enzymatic activity, matrix remodeling, and regenerative signaling.
KPV, the C-terminal tripeptide fragment of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone, is used in preclinical and in-vitro research examining inflammatory signaling, cytokine regulation, NF-κB pathway activity, and epithelial barrier responses. Its inclusion expands the blend beyond structural repair and matrix biology by adding a complementary model for studying immune-modulatory and barrier-regulation mechanisms.
Together, these four components create a unified laboratory model for evaluating
multi-pathway synergy, coordinated peptide signaling, and peptide-mediated
structure–function mechanisms relevant to in-vitro tissue repair and matrix biology.
